Refund policy

Set the perch up. If your cat has not used it within 30 days, write us through the store and we refund the kit.

We do not take a used perch back as unused. The test is whether the cat used it.

Treat pouches that arrive stale or damaged are replaced. Collars can be refunded within 30 days if the fit is wrong.
